ECDS Online Open Forum: A New Era for European Dance Sport
On September 5, 2024, the European Confederation of Dance Sport (ECDS) will host its first-ever Online Open Forum, an event that promises to redefine the landscape of dance sport in Europe. This landmark gathering is designed to connect, inform, and inspire the entire European dance community, marking a significant milestone for the newly established organization.
A Platform for Growth and Innovation
The primary goal of the ECDS Online Open Forum is to introduce the dance community to the ECDS, a fresh and dynamic force in European dance sport. During the forum, the Confederation will share its vision, attract new members, and highlight upcoming events and tournaments. This is more than just an introduction—it's an invitation to be part of something new and exciting.
A Mobile-First Approach
One of the most innovative features of the ECDS is its mobile-first approach. ECDS is set to become the first dance organization fully operable from a smartphone. This modern and convenient design allows members to handle everything—from registering for events to managing their careers—right from their phones. It’s a bold move that reflects the ECDS’s commitment to accessibility and modernity, ensuring that the organization is always within reach.
A Unified System for Career Growth
ECDS is also launching a groundbreaking global system of career growth. This unified system will bring together all roles within the dance sport industry into a single, cohesive structure. By doing so, it ensures that only qualified individuals can progress to positions such as coaching or refereeing, thus maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality in the sport.
